Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Underwear and lingerie
- Swimwear (unless the hygiene strip is intact)
- Personalized or made-to-order items
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your Yas Fashion purchase:
Step 1: Request a Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your email (or use our template below):
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address
- Any special instructions
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are in their original condition with tags attached
- Include the original packing slip or invoice
- Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Exchanges: Processed within 3 business days of receiving your return
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
